Problem Statement:
Hardback Book Returns are
cumbersome to sort by publisher for return and require
significant labor.
Need reasonable ROI with 50 to 80
thousand returned books capacity for a 24 hour period.
Need to provide accurate
accountability with data available to multiple sources (ftp /
ASCII / XML / and ODBC capable) and integrate to HOST system to
comply with industry standards and accepted reporting.
