OBJECTIVE DPS staff has noticed that it in becoming increasingly harder for our customers to be aware of the large span of existing capabilities of our system. We find that there are so many codes, packages, etc. that even we forget some of the little things (and big things) we have done over time that will save your time and your company money.
DPS is producing a series of what we call "Did You Know…" snippets that keep the information short, informative, with pointers as to what 'it' will do, and where to find more information.
Our desire is for our customers to know we are here to help you and want you to become more proficient with your use of your DPS system. You should see the first of this series in a couple days. Your comments and suggestions are always appreciated.
