Warehouse productivity, carton rates and the trend towards lighter cartons has geometrically increased the need for high performance equipment in terms of throughput and reliability. In addition, shorter production and distribution life cycles require frequent process changes that mandate adaptable and reconfigurable equipment.

The DPS offers cost effective, highly standardized modular low voltage (24Vdc) conveyor and automation systems designed on standard components to make support and maintenance easy. Our machinery and conveyors use common off-the-shelf components universally shared across the product suite. Features include “plug and play” control systems and snap together assemblies designed to expedite manufacturing, installation and quick maintenance change-out. This "best practice" technique generates labor savings and volume component discounts, enabling our partnership to offer quality conveyor and automation components at reduced costs

DPS utilizes a pre-engineered approach to systems integration that is unique in our industry. We set up all our systems at our manufacturing partner's facility in Texas and work out any issues before shipping the system to the customer for final installation. Our approach prevents costly downtime that can be painful for your operation and guarantees our systems go in smoothly.
